Impact Displays provides temporary LED sign rentals and related display solutions for businesses, events, and promotions. Our services include sign rental, installation, maintenance, and removal as outlined in your rental agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent a sign from Impact Displays. If you are renting on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to act on their behalf.

4. Rental Agreements

• All sign rentals are subject to availability and approval.

• Rental terms, including duration and pricing, will be agreed upon in writing before installation.

• The renter is responsible for ensuring proper placement and compliance with local regulations.

• Unauthorized relocation or modification of signs is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in the rental agreement.

• Payments must be made in full before installation unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may result in service suspension, additional fees, or removal of the sign.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before installation may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Once a sign has been installed, rental fees are non-refundable.

7. Liability and Damages

• The renter is responsible for any damage to the sign caused by negligence, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications.

• Impact Displays is not responsible for damages resulting from weather conditions, power outages, or acts of nature.

• If a sign becomes inoperable due to technical failure, we will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace it promptly.

8. Compliance with Regulations

• The renter is responsible for ensuring the sign placement complies with all city, county, and state regulations.

• Impact Displays is not liable for fines or legal actions resulting from non-compliance with local sign ordinances.

9. Limitation of Liability

Impact Displays is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service in question.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
